Dumenko predicts UCCRO event in Crimea
The head of the OCU expressed confidence that Crimea would soon be liberated.
The head of the OCU Serhiy Dumenko, at a meeting of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations, predicted that the UCCRO would hold its sessions in Crimea.
"The All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations will certainly hold its session in Ukrainian Crimea, for truth always prevails," said Serhiy Petrovych on July 16, 2026, at the celebrations marking the 30th anniversary of the AUCCRO.
The meeting was attended by numerous politicians and religious figures, including Verkhovna Rada Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Olena Kovalska, First Deputy Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, and others.
Representatives of the World Council of Churches, led by Jerry Pillay, were also present.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that Dumenko predicted the collapse of the Russian Federation and the recognition of the OCU by the Russian Church.
