UOC church destroyed in Russian shelling of Kherson Eparchy
A UOC church in the village of Dariivka was completely destroyed after being struck directly by Russian shells.
On June 26, 2026, Sts. Boris and Gleb Church of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church came under fire during the shelling of the Dariivka territorial community. According to the Kherson Eparchy, two shells struck the church building directly.
The direct hits reduced the church to ruins. According to available information, no one was inside the building at the time of the attack, and there were no casualties.
As the UOJ reported, the Dormition Church of the Dnipropetrovsk Eparchy of the UOC was destroyed by fire following Russian shelling in Mezhova.
