UOC dioceses delivered aid to a rehabilitation center in Khmelnytskyi
The Khmelnytskyi and Shepetivka dioceses sent humanitarian cargo for the treatment of wounded servicemen and the rehabilitation of patients after serious operations.
On June 15, 2026, the Khmelnytskyi diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, together with the volunteer charitable organization "God Is With Us," delivered medical aid to the Khmelnytskyi Regional Hospital. This was reported by the UOC Information Center.
Doctors received the necessary medications and supplies that will be used for treatment, patient care, and support of the daily work of medical staff.
"We thank Metropolitan Viktor and the Khmelnytskyi diocese for the humanitarian support provided," noted the deputy director of the hospital, Kostiantyn Krenev. "These supplies will certainly find their use in the treatment of military personnel and severely wounded patients."
At the same time, the faithful of the Shepetivka diocese delivered a batch of medications, orthopedic products, and orthoses to the rehabilitation center. These supplies will help people recover more comfortably and effectively after injuries, illnesses, and surgical procedures. The diocese expressed sincere gratitude to foreign benefactors, with whose support it was possible to collect the batch of necessary items.
As SPZh reported, a UOC parish in Korets donated 35,000 hryvnias for the treatment of children with cancer.
