The Vice President of the USA stated the need to abandon the imposed sense of guilt and confirmed the Christian foundations of the American state.
On December 21, 2025, the Vice President of the USA James David Vance delivered a speech at the Turning Point USA's America Fest, where he touched upon the topics of national identity and the role of Christianity in American society.
In his speech, Vance emphasized the continuity of President Trump's administration's course, noting the need to return to the traditional values on which the American state was historically built.
The Vice President stated that the United States "by the grace of God has been and will always be a Christian nation", highlighting the significance of Christianity as the spiritual and cultural foundation of the country.
Vance specifically addressed the issue of public discussions around identity, noting that there should no longer be pressure in the USA forcing people to feel guilty about their origins. "In the United States of America, you don't have to apologize for being white anymore," he said.
The Turning Point USA conference gathered politicians, public figures, and supporters of the conservative course, advocating for the preservation of traditional values, freedom of expression, and the Christian identity of America.
Earlier, the UOJ wrote that in the USA, there was a demand to repeal the law banning the UOC and to release Bishop Arseniy.
