The parishioners submitted the protocol of the religious community meeting, in which they testified their desire to remain within the UOC.

Believers of the Panteleimon parish of the UOC in Vyshhorod, Kyiv region, submitted a package of documents to the police regarding an illegal attempt by representatives of the OCU to seize their church. This was reported on the Telegram channel "Dozor".

According to journalists, Orthodox Christians reported the illegal registration of a parallel legal entity of the OCU at the address of their parish, and also informed about the visit of a cleric from this structure, Bosenko, with demands to hand over the keys to their shrine.

The believers submitted meeting protocols in which the religious community unanimously testified that they support their rector, Archpriest Dionisiy Denysenko, remain within the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, and do not intend to join the OCU.

The police are obliged to review these documents.

"We hope that our arguments will be heard and taken into account," wrote the parish rector, Father Dionisiy on Facebook.

As reported by the UOJ, in Vyshhorod, the Panteleimon community of the UOC handed the OCU cleric a refusal of his services as "rector".

Earlier, on October 27, 2025, parishioners in Vyshhorod held a meeting and decided to reject the candidacy of the OCU cleric Vitaliy Bosenko, who, based on forged documents, claims the position of rector. 220 people signed the protocol, confirming their desire to reject the proposal to appoint Bosenko as the rector of the Orthodox parish. The community decided to remain under the jurisdiction of the UOC.
