Koshkina, fined for lying about UOC: The OCU's order is a talisman for me

Dumenko awarded the Order of Princess Olga to OCU propagandist Koshkina.
Epifaniy Dumenko awarded a medal to OCU propagandist S. Koshkina, whose publications about the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) were recognized by the court as false and defamatory. Koshkina herself wrote about the award on her Facebook page.
“The Order of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga from the Orthodox Church of Ukraine is not just an award to me. Not just some medal. To me, it is a TALISMAN. In all caps, exactly that,” Koshkina wrote.
She stated that the order was presented to her “for sacrificial love and faithful work for the benefit of the Local Orthodox Church of Ukraine and the devout people.” “How can one not cry at such a moment?” she asked. According to Koshkina, the order is “both an honor and a responsibility at the same time.”
As a reminder, in April 2024, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv ordered Koshkina (real surname – Vasylenko) to retract the lies and slander she had published about Bishop Nikita of Ivano-Frankivsk, to apologize to him, and to pay over 30,000 UAH in moral damages.
