UOC Primate to lead celebrations of 35th anniversary of Khmelnytskyi Eparchy

His Beatitude will perform the Liturgy and the consecration of the cathedral in Khmelnytskyi.

On May 21 and 22, 2025, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry will lead the celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the revival of the Khmelnytskyi Eparchy. This is reported by the eparchy's press service.

On May 21 at 17:00, the Primate of the UOC will celebrate the All-Night Vigil at the St. Nicholas Cathedral in Khmelnytskyi (2B Svobody St.).

On May 22 at 08:00, His Beatitude, concelebrated by a multitude of bishops of the UOC, will lead the rite of the Great Blessing and the Divine Liturgy at the St. Nicholas Cathedral.

"We invite all believers to join in prayer with the Primate of the Church for peace in Ukraine, our defending warriors, and the entire Ukrainian people," the message states.

As reported by the UOJ, in Krasyliv, the community held a prayer vigil near their seized church.
