About four tons of humanitarian aid from the UOC will be delivered to affected civilians, monasteries, and parishes in the frontline regions of Ukraine.

On July 29, 2026, priests of the Social Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church set out on another mercy mission to the frontline regions of Ukraine, reports the department's press service.

This time, the mission participants will deliver about four tons of humanitarian aid. The cargo includes EcoFlow autonomous power stations, food, vegetables and fruits, clothing, toys, medications, food packages, hygiene products, diapers, crutches, blankets, energy drinks, and other essential items.

The aid will be received by residents of settlements affected by the hostilities, as well as by servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, among whom there are UOC parishioners.

In addition, as part of the trip, humanitarian cargo will be handed over to the brethren of the Holy Dormition Lavra of Sviatohirsk, the sisters of the Skete of Saint John of Shanghai, the Sergius Monastery of the Donetsk region, as well as to Orthodox communities in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk.

"We sincerely thank everyone for their mercy, support, and prayers. It is thanks to you that this aid reaches those who need it most in a timely manner," said the Deputy Head of the Social Department of the UOC, Archpriest Kostiantyn Dvorovyi.

The Social Department emphasized that the Mercy Mission continues to regularly deliver humanitarian aid to the regions of Ukraine most affected by the war, thanks to donations and the support of caring people.

As the UOJ reported, the UOC Social Department distributed 2,300 humanitarian packages to internally displaced persons.
