In Kupiansk, the UOC cathedral was damaged due to Russian shelling
As a result of the shelling, the bell tower of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Kupiansk was destroyed.
In the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, St. Nicholas Cathedral of the Izyum Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church suffered serious damage as a result of shelling. This was reported by the Telegram channel «Kupiansk First».
As a result of the attack, the cathedral’s bell tower was completely destroyed. In addition to the bell tower, significant damage was inflicted on other parts of the church complex and auxiliary buildings on the church grounds.
As the UOJ reported, in Mezhova, the Dormition Church of the Dnipropetrovsk Diocese of the UOC burned down due to shelling.
