"For years he has prayed for each of us. Now it's our turn to support the Primate," the statement says.

Orthodox believers urge everyone who cares to join a flash mob in support of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine. The public campaign was prompted by reports that the Primate of the UOC has been stripped of Ukrainian citizenship. A Telegram channel called "We are with His Beatitude Onuphry" has been created.

"Today, His Beatitude needs our help. Do not remain silent! the organizers urge. "If we do not protect the Primate, the Church and our rights will be destroyed. A blow to His Beatitude is a blow to each of us."

The initiators of the action urge everyone who cares to record a short video in defense of the Primate. Anyone can participate: individually, with family, friends, parish, or community. The main thing, they say, is sincerity, love, and faith.

"For years, he has prayed for each of us, and thanks to his prayer, we were able to preserve ourselves and our Church. Now it's our turn to support the Primate," the appeal says.

The first video messages have already appeared, including from a war veteran who served as a combat medic in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

How to participate in the flash mob:

Record a short video (up to 5 minutes) with words of support for His Beatitude Onuphry.
Send it in one of the convenient ways:
✅ in private messages on the page: facebook.com/ZaPredstoyatelya
✅ in the comments under the post,
✅ in the chat-bot of the Telegram channel: @forpfeedback_bot,
✅ or to the email: [email protected]

The organizers urge not to stand aside:

"Wherever you are and whatever you do – speak! Speak about your love for the Primate, about your faith, about the rejection of lawlessness. Share this now – before it's too late. If we do not support our Primate today, we will not forgive ourselves later."

As reported by the UOJ, political expert Kostiantyn Bondarenko believes that the refusal of a passport in support of His Beatitude may become widespread.
