Before the court session, the composition of the judicial panel was completely changed.
On 15 February 2024, court hearings on the case of "eviction" of the brethren from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra were held in the Northern Economic Court of Appeals, the Lavra’s lawyer Archpriest Nikita Chekman reports to the UOJ correspondent.
He said that two days before the meeting the composition of the judicial panel had been completely changed.
