Red paint poured onto the monument to Holy Prince Vladimir in Kiev

"We have been reported. An investigation team operated at the scene. The monument was doused with red paint, presumably from a glass container. The report entered into a single register book. A question of qualification is being considered," said Oksana Blischik, a spokesperson of the capital city police.
The monument to the Holy Prince Vladimir is the oldest monument in Kiev, it was constructed in 1853. It is located on Vladimir’s Hill on the bank of the Dnieper River.
