After seizing the Holy Trinity Church in Kremenchuk, Dumenko's followers attempted to disrupt the worship service of UOC believers held in the open air.

In Kremenchuk, OCU reps attempted to interfere with a worship service of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church community, which has been forced to pray in the open air following the seizure of the Holy Trinity Church, reports the Telegram channel "Dozor Kozak".

Believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, whose Holy Trinity Church was seized in early June, were holding a worship service in the open air at the site of a demolished old church when the OCU representatives arrived, led by Feodosiy Ovcharuk and activist Olha Ponomarenko.

According to eyewitnesses, those present attempted to provoke a conflict during the service: they spoke loudly, shouted insults, and obstructed the prayer. OCU followers also demanded that the faithful provide permits for holding the worship service.

After this, police officers and representatives of the territorial recruitment center were called to the scene. As reported by UOC parishioners, TRC officers took away two believers. One of them is a monk who has health problems.

As the UOJ previously reported, a UOC archimandrite was beaten during the seizure of the cathedral in Kremenchuk.
