Bondarenko: Fragments of downed drone fell on Kyiv Lavra
The political scientist said that social media posts about the Lavra bear the signs of a coordinated, commissioned campaign.
Political expert Kostiantyn Bondarenko commented on the strike against the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. Citing his sources in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, he said, it was fragments from a downed Russian drone that fell on the Lavra's Dormition Cathedral. Bondarenko said this on the YouTube channel "Alexander Shelest."
According to Bondarenko's source, the drone's engine landed near the Refectory Church, several fragments hit the Dormition Cathedral, and a substantial amount of wreckage fell on the grounds of the adjacent Arsenal complex.
