A South Korean researcher with the highest IQ in the world stated that he came to faith through rational and mathematical reasoning.

In December 2025, South Korean scientist YoungHoon Kim, with the highest IQ of 276 in the world, stated that the existence of God can be proven logically and mathematically. He presented his position on social media and in video presentations, reports Geo News.

According to Kim, God is "absolutely real", and this conclusion, he claims, follows from basic mathematical and philosophical principles. The scientist emphasized that he arrived at these beliefs not only through religious experience but also through rational analysis of the universe's structure.

The 36-year-old researcher works in the AI field and also has a theological education obtained at Yonsei University in Seoul. His publications, dedicated to faith and reason, have received widespread attention and are actively discussed online.

In one of his speeches, Kim stated that he believes in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, noting that this belief is present in both Christianity and Islam. According to him, religious traditions of different denominations converge in key concepts about God and human history.

As arguments for the existence of God, the scientist presented three theses: the necessity of an initial point for any process, the impossibility of an infinite past without the beginning, and the presence of a source of energy without which the universe could not have arisen and developed. These arguments, Kim claims, allow for a logical justification of the idea of a Creator.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that the former head of Intel is creating a "Christian AI' to hasten Christ's coming.
