UOC releases updated “Liturgical Guidelines” app for iOS
The new update includes liturgical guidelines for 2026.
The Ukrainian Orthodox Church has released an updated version of its mobile application “Liturgical Guidelines” for iOS devices, according to a post on the Telegram channel Blahovist.
The update adds liturgical guidelines for 2026. In addition, examples of the performance of liturgical rites have been placed under a separate button. The application is now available for earlier versions of iOS, the design has been updated, and a number of technical improvements have been implemented.
The “Liturgical Guidelines” app contains a detailed order of services for each day of the church year in accordance with the liturgical tradition of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
Without a subscription, users have access to guidelines for the current and following day. A subscription provides access to materials for any day of the year and, as the developers note, helps support and develop Christian educational initiatives.
The application is intended for clergy, choir members, church readers, as well as for all those interested in the Orthodox liturgical tradition.
Printed editions of the “Liturgical Guidelines” are also available through UOC church publishing houses.
As the UOJ previously reported, the UOC published new liturgical texts approved by the Synod.
