A Health Department official tore a cross from a Christian man’s neck and then, together with Antifa radicals, attacked and beat him.

On 10 November 2025 in California, during a Turning Point USA memorial event for Charlie Kirk, a group of left-wing radicals associated with Antifa attacked attendees, many of whom were Christian conservatives. The assault escalated into a brutal beating of one participant and ended in multiple arrests, reported the New York Post.

According to eyewitnesses, one of the attackers snatched a chain necklace with a cross from the attendee. When the man tried to retrieve his cross, he was assaulted. A brawl followed, and police detained both the injured Christian and the attacker.

As the bloodied man was being taken into custody, radical leftists shouted insults and mockery at him. It took police several minutes to separate those involved and restore order.

Law enforcement officials later clarified that the attacker was 25-year-old Jihad Dfrefaulezz. He has been charged with assault and robbery. Aerial footage recorded by FOX 2 shows Dfrefaulezz tearing a cross from the neck of a TPUSA supporter while other activists try to break apart and scatter the improvised memorial set up in Kirk’s honor.

According to police, Dfrefaulezz is an employee of the California Department of Public Health. He is a practicing Muslim who regularly attends the Lighthouse Mosque in Oakland and attempted to conceal his face with a mask during the attack.

Turning Point USA leaders quickly blamed the bloody violence on anti-fascist agitators.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that the U.S. Supreme Court refused to reconsider its decision legalizing same-sex marriage.
