In Lavra's Refectory Church, Ukrainians asked if they're proud of citizenship
Ministers and OP staff decided to hold a presentation of a social study in the shrine.
On October 15, 2025, the authorities held a presentation of a sociological study at the Refectory Church of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra about "how Ukrainians see themselves and their country".
The event was led by the Minister of Youth Matviy Bidny, Acting Minister of Culture Tеtiana Berezhna, Deputy Head of the OP Olena Kovalska, and Acting Director of the Lavra Reserve Svitlana Kotliarevska.
All these people were concerned with the topics such as the strategy of affirming Ukrainian identity, determining how much Ukrainians identify with their citizenship, whether they have consumed more Ukrainian content over the past year, etc.
Kotliarevska justified the choice of the Refectory Church for discussing such topics by stating that "the Lavra is the heart of our spiritual memory".
Earlier, the UOJ reported that a song and dance ensemble performed at the Refectory Church.
