The blast wave blew out the doors and windows of the Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God.

On July 14, 2025, as a result of shelling by Russian forces, the Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in the city of Zlatopil, Kharkiv Region, was damaged. This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Eparchy.

The building sustained significant damage: the entrance door was blown out and partially deformed by the blast wave, and numerous glass fragments were found nearby. Inside, window frames were shattered, church furnishings were damaged, and fragments of glass and decorative elements littered the floor. Several icons and candlesticks were also damaged. The interior of the church, including its wall paintings, was affected by the shock wave.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that in Kharkiv Region, a Russian drone killed a UOC archimandrite.
