“In the Footsteps of the Apostles” Conference opens at Odesa Seminary

The meeting is devoted to issues of apostolic ministry and the Church’s missionary work.
At the Odesa Theological Seminary, the nationwide scholarly and practical conference “In the Footsteps of the Apostles” has begun, gathering more than 130 clergy, educators, and active youth, the Odesa Eparchy’s press service reports.
The conference includes participants from 14 eparchies of the UOC, as well as delegates from the Kyiv Theological Academy and the Kharkiv, Poltava, and Pochaiv theological seminaries.
A particularly significant moment was the address by Archbishop Diodor of Yuzhne, who offered words of guidance to participants, emphasizing that today’s challenges demand wisdom, love, and active participation in society from the Orthodox community.
Throughout the day, participants delivered substantial and thoughtful presentations.
The conference is ongoing.
