In vlg. Manchenky, Met. Onuphry of Kharkiv consecrates new UOC temple

During the service, prayers were offered for peace in Ukrainian land.
On June 11, 2025, on the feast day of Saint Luke of Crimea, Metropolitan Onuphry of Kharkiv and Bohodukhiv consecrated the Intercession Church of the UOC in the village of Manchenky, Kharkiv region. According to the press service of the Kharkiv Eparchy, following the rite of Great Consecration, Metropolitan Onuphry led the Divine Liturgy in the church.
During the service, prayers were offered for peace in Ukrainian land, deliverance from the enemy, the soldiers defending Ukraine, those who lost their homes, and all who help the Ukrainian people in this difficult time.
At the end of the service, the clergy and believers offered special prayers to Saint Luke of Crimea.
The archbishop presented a church award to the rector of the church, Priest Sergiy Kazimir, and congratulated the clergy and believers on the feast.
As reported by the UOJ, a new UOC temple built to replace the seized one was consecrated in Rzhavyntsi.
