The court hearing in the case against the priest has been postponed until June 19.
As previously reported by the UOJ, Archpriest Dmytro is being charged under Article 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of citizens’ equality on the basis of race, nationality, or religion) for sermons in which he allegedly made discriminatory remarks about Hungarian Catholics in the Transcarpathian region.
