Trump posts AI-generated photo of himself as the pope

Previously, the U.S. President jokingly said he’d like to become the Pope.
On the eve of the Roman Catholic Church’s conclave to elect a new pontiff, U.S. President Donald Trump published an AI-generated image of himself dressed as the pope on his social media platform, Truth Social.
Just a few days earlier, Trump had jokingly stated that he would like to become the Pope himself. When asked by a journalist whom he would prefer to see as the next head of the Catholic Church, he replied: “I'd like to be a pope. That would be my number one choice... No. I don't know. I've no preference [for the next Pope]. I must say we have a cardinal that happens to be out of the place called New York. He’s good. So we'll see what happens.”
As previously reported by the UOJ, Trump had earlier signed an executive order establishing a commission on religious freedom.
