The Izium Eparchy handed over protective masks made by the nuns and parishioners of the UOC for medical workers of the Central Hospital of Izium.

On March 30, 2020, priests of the Izium Eparchy handed over protective means to the Izium Central City Hospital of Our Lady of Peschanskaya for the fight against coronavirus, reports the eparchy's press service.

Medical masks, made by the nuns of the Boris-Gleb Convent and parishioners of the temples of the Izium Eparchy, were given to the doctors by the head of the Department of Social Service and Mercy of the eparchy, Archimandrite Simeon (Negretsky).

As reported earlier, the Primate of the UOC blessed all eparchies to participate in the fight against the COVIID-19 pandemic.
