Head of Ohrid Archbishopric congratulates His Beatitude on enthronement day
Archbishop Stefan sent congratulations to Metropolitan Onuphry on the 12th anniversary of his enthronement.
His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry received congratulations from the Head of the Ohrid Archbishopric, Archbishop Stefan, on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of his enthronement, reports the UOC Information and Educational Department.
In his message, Archbishop Stefan of Ohrid and Macedonia addressed Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine as a "beloved brother and co-celebrant before the Throne of God." According to him, by the wise providence of God, His Beatitude Onuphry has been spiritually guiding the Ukrainian Orthodox Church for twelve years, proving himself to be a cornerstone who, despite all trials, steadfastly bears witness to the truth and verity of the Gospel.
Archbishop Stefan, on his own behalf and on behalf of the entire fullness of the Ohrid Archbishopric, wished the Primate of the UOC good health, abundant God's blessings, and many more years of bearing witness to truth, love, and long-suffering before his fellow hierarchs and the people entrusted to him by God, as well as before all people of good will.
As the UOJ reported earlier, the Serbian Patriarch congratulated the Primate of the UOC on the 12th anniversary of his enthronement.
