Parishioners of the UOC community in Bukovyna celebrated Christ's Resurrection in the church they have been building for 5 years after the seizure.

In the Bukovynian village of Chervona Dibrova, the UOC community of St. Paraskeva of Serbia celebrated Christ's Resurrection in the church that is being built to replace the one seized by the OCU, reports a UOJ correspondent.

In the video, parishioners shared how the festive Paschal service went on April 12, 2026.

As the UOJ reported, the Chervona Dibrova comminity suffered from church raiding in 2019. At that time, state registrar Mykola Herheliuk, who was also a cleric of the OCU, illegally re-registered the community to the OCU. In April 2021, the community began constructing a new church.

On October 27, 2025, the UOC community of St. Paraskeva of Serbia held the first Liturgy on their patronal feast day in the church being built to replace the seized one.
