The Patriarch of Constantinople stated that the decision to grant the OCU the Tomos "will remain firm and unchanged".

On January 5, 2025, during a reception at the Phanar for Epifaniy Dumenko and colleagues, Patriarch Bartholomew promised them not to revoke the Tomos, reports the press service of the OCU.

"We assure that our decision to grant the Tomos of autocephaly was, is, and will remain firm and unchanged. Such is the canonical order and such is the response of the Mother Church to the numerous requests of your clergy, people, and state," Dumenko quoted Patriarch Bartholomew's speech.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that, according to Patriarch Bartholomew, he will not revoke the Tomos, and the OCU should unite with the UOC.
