Vitaliy Bosenko was shown a document about the meeting at which the Panteleimon community confirmed its faithfulness to the UOC.

Representatives of the Panteleimon community of the UOC in Vyshhorod met with the cleric of the OCU Vitaliy Bosenko, who had previously made copies of the parish documents for its forced transfer to the OCU. The video of the meeting was posted on his Facebook page by the acting head of the community, Archpriest Dionysiy Denysenko.

"He was given a copy of the meeting protocol (dated 19/10/25) of the religious organization in honor of the Holy Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, signed by the eparchial bishop. This document records the decision of the parish community to keep our church in its current status and to reject the proposals of Mr. Vitaliy Bosenko," emphasized the priest.

According to him, the OCU cleric seemed to understand the community's decision, but another "priest" of the Dumenko organization, Vitalis Kloss, approached the parish representatives and told the believers: "You have already been banned everywhere."

"But who and where banned us, we did not understand. Unfortunately, these are the realities of today… Instead of supporting each other during trials, we see how half of Ukrainians are destroying the other half," wrote Fr. Dionysiy.

As reported, on October 27, 2025, the Panteleimon community of the UOC in Vyshhorod held a meeting and decided to reject the candidacy of the OCU cleric Vitaliy Bosenko, who, based on forged documents, claims the position of rector. 220 people signed the protocol, confirming their desire to reject the proposal to appoint Bosenko as the rector of the Orthodox parish. The community decided to remain under the jurisdiction of the UOC.
