Clergy from the Khust, Balta, and Mukachevo eparchies prayed in churches of the Czech Republic.

On September 4, 2025, a solemn hierarchical liturgy was celebrated in the Prague Cathedral of Saints Cyril and Methodius, dedicated to the memory of the Holy Hieromartyr Gorazd. The service was led by Archbishop Michael of Prague and the Czech Lands, with clergy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church concelebrating.

Among those present at the liturgy were Archimandrite Andronik, abbot of the Balta-Feodosiivsky Pokrovsky Monastery, Fr. Petro Negra from the Khust Eparchy, and Fr. Ivan Shtefko from the Mukachevo Eparchy, according to a UOJ correspondent in the Czech Republic.

During the service, prayers were offered for peace in Ukraine and for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

On September 6, UOC clergy also concelebrated with the clergy of the Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia at the Cyril and Methodius Monastery in Gorzhovičky, and on September 7 in the Church of St. Bartholomew in the village of Mokhovo.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that hierarchs of the UOC had celebrated the Liturgy with the Archbishop of Prague.
