Applications for both full-time and correspondence programs are accepted until August 1.

The Kyiv Theological Academy and Seminary (KDAiS) have opened admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year, the Academy's press service reports.

The application period for both full-time and correspondence departments will run until August 1. Entrance exams will be held from August 4 to 7.

The Kyiv Theological Academy is a higher theological educational institution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, training clergy, instructors for theological institutions, and specialists in theological studies for church institutions. The duration of study in the master's program is 2 years. The Academy accepts male applicants under 35 years of age who have successfully graduated from a seminary with top marks (first class, without any failing grades).

The Academy awards degrees of Candidate of Theology and Master of Theology.

The Kyiv Theological Seminary is a secondary theological institution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church that implements the standard of theological education with a 4-year program. The Seminary trains clergy and church workers in accordance with the UOC’s educational standard. The Seminary accepts male applicants of the Orthodox faith who have completed secondary education.

The Seminary awards the academic qualification of Bachelor. Graduates of the seminary may be ordained to holy orders.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry presided over the celebrations marking the conclusion of the 2024/2025 academic year at the Kyiv Theological Academy and Seminary on June 9, 2025.
