During the celebration of Pentecost, Bishop Veniamin presided over the Liturgies and awarded a liturgical honor to the parish rector in Leipzig.

On June 8 and 9, 2025, with the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry, Bishop Veniamin of Boyarka, head of the UOC Western European Vicariate, led the festive services at the Holy Trinity Parish in Leipzig, Germany. This was reported by the press service of the UOC’s Department for External Church Relations (DECR).

The bishop was concelebrated by the dean of the Southern District of UOC parishes in Germany and rector of the church, Archpriest Maksym Boichura, as well as clergy of the vicariate.

On the Day of the Holy Spirit, during the Little Entrance, Bishop Veniamin awarded Father Maksym a liturgical distinction – the right to wear a mitre.
