UOC chapel of the Most Holy Theotokos consecrated in Kamyanka village

The chapel was built with funds from the families of fallen Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers.
On June 4, 2025, in the village of Kamyanka, Mykolaiv region, clergy of the Voznesensk Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) consecrated a chapel in honor of the Most Holy Theotokos, according to the diocesan press service.
The chapel was constructed with donations from the families of fallen Ukrainian soldiers Anton Lishchuk and Oleksandr Hodorozha.
The rite of consecration was performed by the dean of the Yelanets District, Archpriest Mykola Fatych, together with Archpriests Vasyl Holovchak, Mykola Tochok, and Heorhii Machynskyi, with the blessing of Metropolitan Alexiy of Voznesensk and Pervomaisk.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that a church in Chorniiv was consecrated, built with funds from the family of a fallen Ukrainian serviceman.
