The unique stained glass icon of the Resurrection of Christ has been damaged. 

On the night of May 24 to 25, 2025, in Chernihiv, during a massive missile and drone attack from Russia, the Church of All Saints of Chernihiv (UOC) was damaged. This was reported by the press service of the Chernihiv Eparchy.

As a result of the night shelling, the unique stained glass icon of the Resurrection of Christ was damaged. The protective layer of glass inside the temple was affected by the blast wave. At the same time, the main image of the stained glass, as noted by the eparchy, miraculously survived and was not harmed. 

The stained glass icon of the Resurrection of Christ was installed and consecrated in 2007. The area of the stained glass depicting it is 72 sq. m. Special glass was used for its production with the application of the latest technologies, making the shrine well visible both inside the temple and outside.

As reported by the UOJ, in Konstiantynivka, the Assumption Church of the UOC was damaged by Russian shelling.
