On one of the Olympic posters, the cross on the Hôtel des Invalides was replaced with a spire.

On March 4, 2024, at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, official posters for the 2024 Olympic Games in France were presented, according to euronews.com.

The poster depicted the Hôtel des Invalides building without a cross. The author of the poster, Hugo Gattioni, replaced the cross with a spire.

This substitution has sparked criticism on social media. Here are some comments provided by Le Figaro newspaper: "We noticed their desire to erase all signs of Christianity", "They dared", "Shame on our country".

This poster was commented on by European Parliament member Nicolas Mayronne in his X: "On the official poster of the Olympic Games in Paris, the cross on the dome of the Hôtel des Invalides was erased, and the French flag is not visible. Hiding our identity is an unacceptable mistake. We must fight vociferously against wokeism everywhere."

Another Member of the European Parliament, Gilbert Collard, pointed out the "work of traitors responsible for the fundamental denial of France".

Earlier, the UOJ reported that the French Senate enshrined the right to abortion in the Constitution.
