It says: "Every day we thank God for militant atheism to have gone, at least, it no longer manifests itself on behalf of the government. Everyone can believe or not believe - this is their personal choice; but when atheism becomes the state ideology, resulting in loss of life, destroyed shrines, blasphemy, then it is more than an ideology. Our Church handled with all that, so did the Ukrainian Orthodox people. We believe that the trials that befell on our Church in the XXI century will be overcome by the grace of God, as the ordeal of the past was overcome. This is what we pray for every day in all the churches of the Russian Orthodox Church. "
