Participants gathered in Volyn on May 10 to discuss ministry, teamwork, and the preparation of Orthodox youth initiatives.

On May 10, the Volyn Eparchy of the UOC held a youth spiritual and educational meeting with the participation of clergy and young people, Orthodox Volyn reports.

The event was organized by the Youth Council under the eparchy. At the beginning of the meeting, Archimandrite Ilya Vishnevsky, head of the youth department, addressed the participants, after which Archpriest Stepan Yarema delivered a lecture titled “The Resurrection: A Chronology of Events.” The program also included an open discussion with clergy and laypeople on church life and joint ministry.

A separate session was devoted to practical work with children, young people, and people with disabilities within Orthodox camp projects, as well as preparations for the Favor festival.

Crisis psychologist Lena Shtorm led a training session on team interaction in large church initiatives. The meeting concluded with a contest for experts on the Catholic Epistles and final remarks by Archimandrite Feofan (Kyryliuk).

As the UOJ reported, a UOC Bible forum for young people was held in Kovel.
